All our staff wears blue colour uniform and ID card, their profile will be sent to you before they start working.

Capacity

KariaCare have the capacity to serve you in your area at short notices both for long day and night duties on week days and weekends, 24 hours care, 1-1 care, Sit in Service.

Moreover, we provide Personal Care, Complex Care, End of Life Care, Discharge to Access (D2A), Home Support, Personal Assistant, Respite Care, Live in Care, Befriending service, and Blitz Cleaning.

We continuously use CQC 28 fundamental standards in our day-to-day job. Our main objective is to deliver high quality of care that meets individual daily needs that make a positive different to the health and wellbeing of our clients and ensure that  our clients, relatives and love ones are not distress  

We belief in the Principle of Mental Health Capacity and use these principles in our day to day support with our clients. We also promote our clients human rights, and ensure we use these rights, with the involvement of clients, relative to design a support plan in a person centred way for each clients.

Skills

Our staff has experience in looking after and supporting the wellbeing of clients who has Spastic Quadriplegia, Stroke, Kyphoscoliosis, Gastrostomy, Dementia, Cancer, Cerebral Palsy, HIV/AIDs, Congenital Cytomegalovirus Microcephaly, Respiratory impairment that requires C-Pap ventilation, Spinal Fusion with Severe extensive corrective Spinal surgery, Long Term Tracheostomy, Catheter Care, Stomach Care, Skin Care, Peg Feeding, Personalise Care, Re- enablement, Tracheostomy, Challenging Behaviour, Medication Administration, Monitoring Diabetic .

Compliance

Our Nurses are NMC checked and all our staff are DBS checked.
